Woodco now manufacture a new prefabricated insualted panel system called Paneltech in our factory in Scotland, this has been developed to take all the best aspects of timber frame and SIP panel construction and combine them in a new age construction system that gives high insulation, low heating costs, fast on site erection and for developers low noise and speedy construction. Paneltech is manufactured using the best materials available.
We now offer a super insulated option Paneltech Super
which gives the walls the equivalent of 500mm of insulation,with rising oil and gas prices this is a sound investment for years of low heating bills
Your walls, floors and roof are delivered in large prefabricated sections ready to just bolt together on site in days instead of weeks or months
Erected anywhere in the European Union by our crew or your contractor, this prefabricated panel system means fast on site erection and a weathertight structure up much quicker than conventional frame systems.

External finishes that can be on the outside of your new Paneltech building are many, among them are Cedar log cladding, Cedar bevel siding, cedar shingles, board and batten cladding in cedar or larch, stucco cement render finishes in many colours,
Remember any plan can be modified to suit your requirements and also exteriors, roof pitches and coverings can be changed to suit your local planners requirements .
